Work on this contemporary apartment in Tribeca, New York was conducted entirely via zoom as Covid lockdowns continued to interrupt the design process. We were also limited in our access to accurate floor plans and thus had to work from a real estate floor plan (which was unsurprisingly inaccurate), resulting in multiple challenges during the design and install process. This called for our signature calm and creative approach to the many challenges encountered in the design process.

The brief for this space was that it had to be homely but still glamorous with a focus on the view. The client, an avid skier, desired a "mountain vibes" aesthetic. We stopped well short of incorporating the cliched moose head and opted instead for pieces that supported a luxe, eclectic aesthetic with our signature splashes of colour and texture, reminiscent of a cosy mountain chalet.
